When you say it in an angry voice, people will think you are either crazy and/or in dire need of alcohol. People will try to calm you down and get you some professional help. On the other hand, if you say it in a relaxed voice people will either think you are being sarcastic and/ or over exaggerating.
Even the meaning of a single word can change when you say it with a different emotion. Like when you say something whilst laughing compared to being serious. So, how do we know the true meaning even if the speaker is being sarcastic or not? The easiest way is through context.
